📦 Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours.
💵 Customs, Duties & Taxes
F.A.V.O.R. Apparel is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Damages
F.A.V.O.R. Apparel is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods before filing.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
RETURN POLICY
⏳ Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Items must be in the same condition received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags/packaging.

Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Customized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
🔄 Return Instructions

All returns must include the order packing slip clearly indicating which items are being returned.

If returning items from multiple orders, include a slip for each order.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or tracking number.

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a coupon code.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after items are delivered back to us.

If the product is damaged, or the return is initiated after 30 days, you will not be eligible for credit.
