Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FAVOR apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

FAVOR apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

 

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

​

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund in the form of store credit. The credit will be sent to you in the form of a coupon code. Please allow up to 5 – 7 days to receive your code.

​

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a credit.

U.S. Domestic - If you have received a damaged/defective item please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:



Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.  Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, are non-returnable.


All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.


When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
All returns are refunded via store credit.  We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
